There was none of the back and forth gameplaying you experience at some dealerships, and Christian applied all means necessary to get me the deal I wanted. And he came in on his day off to take care of me! Although I live about an hour away from Towson BMW and have a BMW dealership within a 15 minute drive from my home, I don’t even consider another dealership to buy a car or service my vehicle. Towson BMW and Christian are the best and I appreciate them handling the purchase process with great customer service and integrity. More

Great car buying experience from a woman’s perspective I don’t buy cars often. As a woman, you may have a preconceived notion of what your experience will be like if you enter a dealership alone. Venol Burke (my salesman) was patient and knowledgeable about their products. He took time to help sort through all the options to narrow it down to a vehicle that fit to my liking. There was no pressure. I felt that Mr. Burke and the other staff at BMW of Towson were honest, transparent, and valued me as a customer. I was not the biggest sale of the day but was still treated with the same quality of service as others. I never felt that anyone was trying to get over on me. The sales process and service of the used vehicle I purchased was beyond what I expected. My car looks and works great. That’s important to me. This dealership is very malticulus about the vehicle that they are selling. I would recommend the salesmen, Venol Burke, and the dealership as a whole to anyone. More
