I have been a Towson BMW customer for almost 10 years, when I began to take my 2000 323 there for service. He understands that he's the guy you never really like to visit and makes the pain as bearable as possible. No better service guy on the planet. His compatriot Mike McCormack knows his stuff as well. This week, when I finally decided that my 2002 530 finally needed to be replaced, Bill Kasper was the most professional, easygoing and knowledgable sales guy I have come across in 30 years of auto purchases. I am in the service business, and Bill is a real pro who made the purchase process a truly pleasurable experience. THAT was a surprise! Very uninterested, unfriendly,sales person. I was looking for another car, mine was in their shop for repairs So, I asked who was a good salesperosn and he was recommended. When my car was repaired, I asked for a trade in quote, and it was very low, and I understoo why, but he didn't even make an effort to pull me in, and sell me a car, by asking to come by and see him for other buying options. Now, I have to go to Russell BMW, Annapolis, or somehwere else out of my way to buy a BMW. More

Honestly, the level of service is unbelievable at Towson BMW. The staff is terrific and my experience has prompted my family members to consider buying a BMW. I told my family and friends about it and they were so impressed. My sister is looking for a new SUV and is actually looking at BMWs now after hearing about my experience with Towson BMWs service department. I walked right up to the counter and my paperwork was already waiting for me. The cashier was professional and very fast. My car was returned washed and vacuumed.
