The sales process was fine. Most of the sales people have come from Northwest BMW and really know their stuff. The price was good and their selection is excellent. HOWEVER--- The service department is someth come from Northwest BMW and really know their stuff. The price was good and their selection is excellent. HOWEVER--- The service department is something else. They advertise that you can just walk in with no appointment, but that is not quite true . They send mailers suggesting you get an oil change before that indicated on your service meter, but you can't get it done unless you come in early and leave it. I have had several problems with my car ,and they rarely fix it on the first try. They usually don't have the correct part on hand, even for a service recall. The free loaner is the only thing that makes me put up with this. You can buy your car here, but you're better off servicing elsewhere! More

Very little attention to detail. Their shop is overwhelmed with used BMW's that they purchase at auction. Have been there for service three times, and on all three trips, there were either proble overwhelmed with used BMW's that they purchase at auction. Have been there for service three times, and on all three trips, there were either problems that were not repaired properly, or disputes involving warranty coverage. Northwest BMW & Russell BMW are much better dealers. More

Last year, armed with internet based info, got an acceptable deal on a Euro delivery 330i, with only a minimum of pointless (on his part) negotiation attempts from the sales manager. Everything went like clockwork, had a fantastic time in Europe, and the car arrived at Towson as predicted. The service organization has always been extremely friendly and polite, loaner cars available on reasonably short notice when car needed servicing, and the several faults that needed fixing were deemed warrantiable without me even having to ask. Free courtesy carwashes as well (but for the lot porter's tip). Basically, my experience with this dealership has been exemplary. More
