Great service - unfortunately I had a blow out on one of my cars tires. Limped it into BMW Towson around 9am and luckily got paired with James. I went into BMW of Towson not knowing if I was going to purchase or not. After visiting 2 other dealerships that same morning the vibe was definitely different at one of the other dealerships where I was t purchase or not.
