Worst service I have ever had. Never communicated about the status of my vehicle unless I contacted them first. Even though I had an appointment for service they didn’t even attempt to diagnose my car until the following day. Unacceptable to make an appointment for service. Further, I learned that they put all the drop ins and people who choose to wait in front of those that have an appointment. In 16 years I have never had service this bad. The service department is in dire straights and it says one of 2 things. BMWs are crappy cars or the service department is broken beyond repair. I may never be able to by another BMW. More

Took them three weeks to repair tire pressure sensor issue. I left four messages with the advisor and never got a return call. The only conversation was through the service app message. I had them look at other things never got an explanation or how it was diagnosed. I have never ever picked up my vehicle from a BMW dealership and they didn’t wash it after service. It was freaking filthy, I had to go home and wash it dissatisfied with the service from the dealership More

We purchased 2 used vehicles at the same time. We requested to purchase warranty on both vehicles because they were used. We received 1 warranty on 1 contract and nothing on the other. I contacted the finance department and was asked to call back around 2 pm that day so that he could review the notes from the purchase, and we could attempt to determine what happened, needless to say I was sent to someone's voice mail and have not received a return call. Poor follow up, poor service obviously yet they were very attentive when making the purchase. They received their money so any service after that doesn't matter. More
