I had previously researched the vehicle on the web, and Fatih did a great job finding a car with exactly the features I wanted. He also spent extra time showing me how to use various features. I am a single woman working full time and caring for my Mom who is 86. I depend completely on my transportation to get through my busy days. I recently set up an appointment to have my tire replaced and Mom who is 86. I depend completely on my transportation to get through my busy days. I recently set up an appointment to have my tire replaced and they had to order it. I took my car in and they had it all day from 7am to almost 5. I had to send two of my employees to pick it up due to scheduling issues. Now all 4 tire warnings is on constantly and I don’t have the time to take it back. Service has never been great at this location but we are limited in this area. FRUSTRATING indeed. More
