Had a pretty bad experience with this dealership. The property was under construction which isn’t necessarily their fault however the place was a mess. There was no clear way to know where to go and The property was under construction which isn’t necessarily their fault however the place was a mess. There was no clear way to know where to go and drop off the car. And only one entrance and exit to where I had to do a U-turn on the street just to enter. Furthermore the attendants seemed a little “too busy” for me. Not really being helpful and just generally pretty cold in conversation. Like I wasn’t worth their time. Additionally I had my car schedule for service for 3 weeks and still the parts my car needed were not in stock and they had to keep it overnight for an oil change putting me out of a vehicle for 2 days without giving me a loaner. Finally I paid a ridiculous up charge for manual labor which was half of my $700 service (for an oil and filter change) and was very disappointed with how my car looked after it was “washed”. I feel for the price I paid the very least they could do would be to clean both the exterior and interior. More
