Our Insurance Company offered us many approved sources to repair our BMW. I told them we wanted our X3 repaired by BMW of Tulsa, with Service Advisor Jonathan Vera as point of contact. Jonathan worked with our insurance company and oversaw the repair of our X3 like we were his parents. He relieved us of so much stress, kept us informed of the progress, got us a loaner BMW , and was always there to greet us, assure us, and finally returned my wife's favorite X3 in perfect condition. We thank the BMW of Tulsa Service Department and the dedication of Jonathan Vera for making our X3 beautiful again.
