Then the Finance side of the deal...sent pay-off to wrong credit union, not one person thought to call to verify/confirm na 2017 740i!!! Exciting... After a couple follow ups, finally got my car in to fix the issue. Fix was completed but had to be left overnight. No loaners were available. Seems a little outdated? Specifically the waiting area for service customers. The service guy was so focused on signing me up for extra services, such as an oil change package, and filters, that he never for service customers. Also, I probably stood and waited outside of the offices before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. For cars at this price point, I expected a little better service. You might benchmark JC Infinity north of you. They have excellent customer service. More
