Took 7. 5 hrs to do an oil and spark plug change. At the end of the day, the check engine light wasn’t even checked. My advisor,Baylee, goes above and beyond to find solutions to my issues where service dept gives up. He takes the time with interior electronics to see if he can resolve issue. It took over 2 hours for an oil change. We waited but should have left and come back. Weren’t the friendliest at first but towards the end they seemed better. I really dislike having to drive 100’miles from my home to have a basic oil change done. This is BMW policy to not void the warranty and not a reflection on the dealership. The dealership was short on loan to have a basic oil change done. This is BMW policy to not void the warranty and not a reflection on the dealership. The dealership was short on loaner cars but did offer to reschedule the appointment until a loaner was available and offered to shuttle us to a place in the area. We chose to go to a shopping area nearby. They completed the service ahead of the estimated time and brought us back to the dealership in a timely manner. More
