Just last week (4/17) we purchased a 330i X drive with Vito Vinciguerra as our sales person. Absolutely LOVE the vehicle and the experience was top notch! We just purchased a 2024 X7 to replace our 2021 X5 that Vito leased to us three years ago, this is the second vehicle we acquired from him. Vito is truly a gentleman, we made several trips to the dealersh Vito leased to us three years ago, this is the second vehicle we acquired from him. Vito is truly a gentleman, we made several trips to the dealership for test rides, checking out the options, seat configurations, measurement, etc. We wanted to make sure the car fitted all our needs. We were never pressured at any time to make the commitment, he would just tell us to think about it for a few days and call him if we had any questions. We ordered the car, and it was delivered on time right before the end of our X5s lease. I have referred several people to him and will continue to do so. More

I just purchased my third BMW from Vito Vinciguerro. Like others, I'm very busy and have little time to spend deciding which car to buy. He explained the changes from my prior car and helped me decide which one is best for me. The transaction was a snap. Gina had documents ready for me to sign electronically, I got a "tour" of the new car and away I drove. The ride is as smooth as promised. I'm still getting used to the features but having fun exploring them. I'm a very happy customer. More

They even took charge of registering my car out of state. What Vito didn't have an answer for, he was quickly able to find it. This being my first BMW, I needed a bit of coaching as to all the tech in the iX. This is the first dealer experience where I had the opportunity to work with a dedicated car tech specialist. every dealer should be doing this. More

I traded in my vehicle to this dealership on 8/19, later learned I was cheated on trade in value. Vehicle was traded in towards purchase of new vehicle. Calls were made on 8/24 to Jesse Brown, pre-owned man learned I was cheated on trade in value. Vehicle was traded in towards purchase of new vehicle. Calls were made on 8/24 to Jesse Brown, pre-owned manager, as well as Vito, my sales rep, to cancel transaction, neither rep returned call. I later spoke wirh GM, Ron, he claimed money was lost on trade in, yet he'll give me another 1k for it... Anyone with common sense and a brain knows this is nonsense. I later declined offer and doing business with this dealership, due to lowball trade in value and overall poor service. When a review such as this is made, they threaten legal action. A word to the wise, watch out for this dealership and Penske Group altogether. More
