My lease was coming to an end, the new 5 series 2011 was not out yet, so I decided to buy the car. I had to make frequent visit to get my questions answered, and Jack (the salesman) was not knowledgeable ab not out yet, so I decided to buy the car. He is friendly when he talks to you, but never deliver on his promises. It is been already over 2 months since I bought the car, multiple calls, and STILL haven't received my registration papers. I am very frustrated , and disappointed by the whole experience. I will never go back to INSKIP BMW again. They lost me forever. More
