My communication with Stephanie Samuelson (Business Development Specialist) was great. She followed up with me weekly after I first expressed an interest in looking at BMW's - she knew my interest in finding an x1 or x3 and let me know when they had Certified Pre-Owned in stock. Our test-drive appointment was set with Charles Park and he represented the epitome of professional. He was knowledgeable, kind and we never once felt pressured to make a purchase (although we did!!!) Financing and working with Charles Tuscano was easy. Knowing we were first time BMW owners he took the time to explain how different programs with BMW and Hoffman worked. He took as much time as we needed to answer our questions and feel at ease, we felt like we were sitting across the table with a family friend.
