Great experience This has been my 4th BMW from this dealership and I have to say that it has been the BEST experience by FAR. My lease was up on April 22 and Dennis S This has been my 4th BMW from this dealership and I have to say that it has been the BEST experience by FAR. My lease was up on April 22 and Dennis Smith worked endlessly to try to find what I was looking for on the East coast. Unfortunately, he couldn't find one. So, he had to order one. That would take about 6-8 weeks. Well during that time, I had a stroke. I was in the hospital for 6 days and thought my days of driving were over. I was in the hospital again for 4 days and in the ER for 6 hours another time. I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment with an Neuro Ophthalmologist to eventually get cleared to drive. I had called Dennis to tell him about the stroke. During that long agonizing time of waiting I heard from Dennis several times. He was reaching out to me about how I was doing, how all my Drs. appointments were going etc. I have to say a HUGE THANK YOU to DENNIS SMITH because the Head Principal where I work NEVER reached out to me once. I have worked with her for 25 years. That's a DISGRACE!!!! But my House Principal keeps in touch with me weekly. Now that's LEADERSHIP!!!!!!!! KUDOS to Dennis !!!!!!! More

Great service experience - as usual I needed routine service (oil change) done and scheduled the appointment with Liz. As usual with Liz, she is always very friendly, courteous and sets I needed routine service (oil change) done and scheduled the appointment with Liz. As usual with Liz, she is always very friendly, courteous and sets up the appointment time that works. My daughter brought my car in for me and waited in the lounge. Liz was again courteous to her when she came in, talked with her about having the summer off (as my daughter is a teacher) and just makes the whole experience easy. I would not go anywhere else for service. My other BMW will need routine servicing soon and I will take advantage of the pickup and delivery service. More

Go see Charles Park My visit to Hoffman BMW was interesting. Upon arriving I tried to negotiate a fair amount for my trade-in( as usual, no luck).. I was then introduced to my client advisor, Charles Park. Charles proceeded to put a deal together for me. He was extremely knowledgeable, no hard sell, and loved the BMW product he sold. All sales people in the BMW family should emulate and follow his technique. It was only because of Charles Park that I bought my BMW at Hoffman. P.S. Did I mention that I had to call Hoffman on Charles day off. Guess who called me back? Charles. He stopped by to finish up some work. Did I mention dedication? More

To make sure everyone is on the same page, it is always great to have your list of questions before coming to any dealership and know your numbers, and double check them 2x :). More
