Courteous, Communicative, and Hassle Free I had a couple of issues with a 8 month old car that got to the point I was annoyed enough I brought them in to be rectified. When dropping my car off I had a couple of issues with a 8 month old car that got to the point I was annoyed enough I brought them in to be rectified. When dropping my car off first thing in the morning, I was pleasantly greeted by Elizabeth. One of my service issues happens sporadically so Elizabeth arrange for Mike to come out so I could attempt to recreate the problem. Mike to expressed understanding and outlined what the resolution would take. All things combined, my care was going to have to stay for 2 days and not the anticipated 1 day. So Elizabeth quickly arranged a loaner car for the 2 days which happened to be same make and model of my car with only 7 miles on the odometer. Elizabeth kept me informed of any important information over those 2 days at relevant milestones so I wasn't left guessing at how everything was proceeding. All in all a very pleasant experience which will ensure I continue to use Hoffman BMW of Watertown for all future services. More

Great service! My warranty was nearly up and the brakes felt soft so I dropped off car for inspection. Sales and Service I don't like the waiting around game or all the other hold ups when it comes to buying a car. I looked at the dealerships inventory on line. Did a credit application on line and by the end of the day I was approved. I made a appointment with a sales person named Dennis Smith. My sales person Dennis was very professional and did not do any of the pushing or pulling on me when it came down to buying a car. The sales deal went great and I took delivery on the car the next day. Being the vehicle was used there ended up being a small problem with a tire or wheel I wasn't sure what it was. My sales person Dennis advised me when ever you want you can bring the vehicle back and we will address and problem or concern. Dennis made it really easy for me. Now it was time to meet the Service Manager Walter Modeen. Walter was the go to person with car problems. Walter took the time to listen to my concerns. Walter advised me he would personally make sure the car was a 100% when I returned to pick it up. Also I was provided with a free of charge loaner car! With these guys it didn't stop there !! I was called by my service advisor Eric DuVerger in the service department, Eric advised me that he needed the car a extra day to take the time out to assure my concerns were address 100% . The following day Eric called me and advised me the car is ready for pick up. When I arrived at the service department I met with my service advisor Eric and he reviewed the small problem they found with a tire on the rear of the car. The great service still did not end! When I went outside to pick my car up it was perfectly detailed inside and out. Bottom line from the sales person Dennis Smith, to the Service Manager Walter Modeen to the last person I was with Service Advisor Eric DuVerger I couldn't have had a better experience with the staff.
