Service advisor did not exemplify BMW standard . We were disappointed in communication , length & extent of service, (1wk) car was dropped off on Wed. May 24th, we got it back Wed. May 31. The Advisor Eric never called to inform us of not getting car back on long weekend.He said he was off Friday, hummmm no one else could make the call. and until I finally called Friday afternoon the receptionist said he was off and no that car will not be ready. He also had problem adding up final bill. We paid 371.00 at 9 am, to receive a call later we owed more. He totally is not up to par on communication and then told us we needed to pay $321.00 more after we were home, 2 hours later cause he made a mistake. We understand people make mistakes but gave us the total 3 times before he made the ( I made a mistake call) This is our 2nd BMW x5 and never did we encounter such unprofessional service in N.C. or R.I. We will not recommend or return to BMW of Watertown. My husband and I always admire the workmanship and quality customer service BMW provides but this was a disappointment. More

Recently purchased a new car from BMW of Watertown (Hoffman) and I have to say it was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have had in a long Recently purchased a new car from BMW of Watertown (Hoffman) and I have to say it was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have had in a long long time. I was looking for a car that had specific features and they did not try to sell me another car or anything like that. The just traded with another dealer for a car in production that could be made to my specifications. We didn't haggle about the price to any great extreme, all of the information was up front and clear to understand. Overall a perfect car buying experience! More
Someone maliciously sabotaged my armrest I would have given this dealer a decent review but as I drove off, the armrest between the driver's and passenger's seat came off while my little dog I would have given this dealer a decent review but as I drove off, the armrest between the driver's and passenger's seat came off while my little dog was attempting to sit on it. I took the car to a different dealer and they told me someone had to have done it intentionally because such a thing required them to unscrew the armrest and then rescrew the screws into it (which proves it didn't fall off on its own, or come loose). The screws had been put back in and the armrest put on to seem as if it was OK but it essentially had been sabotaged. I'd have to guess this was some sort of hate crime. What else would explain it? I asked the dealer who fixed it if he could think of any reason any service guy would have unscrewed the armrest for the servicing that was done to my vehicle that day and he said nothing would have justified it. I have owned four BMWs and something like this has never happened before. I feel there are good people at this dealership but because of the one bad apple who put my dog's life in jeopardy - and made me question the quality of the rest of the work supposedly performed - I would never go back. More

His pleasant "no pressure" demeanor, vast product knowledge and desire to make the whole experience about what you want was a refreshing change to buying a car. Even after the sale, his attention to every little detail made me feel special. I would highly recommend Dennis Smith to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle! Charles helped me out with the financing on my vehicle and he too added to this great experience. Usually going into the finance managers office can be a bit intimidating but I felt very comfortable with his finance recommendations on the vehicle I purchased. More

An appointment was promptly scheduled for me to drop off the car at my convenience. . Elizabeth LaFlond kept me appraised via text on the progress of the repair ( no dealing with missed phone calls ) and handled all the warranty paperwork as promised. She turned this potentially nuisance situation into just a small inconvenience. And all work was completed as promised and the car immaculate! More
