Service and upgrades Got in contact with service early in a given week explaining what I wanted done to my vehicle. Over the next day or so regular email correspondence was established to negotiate timeline and price. Parts and appointment was scheduled shortly after and I was then to wait for parts to ship from Germany. I was told this would take 2 weeks, but I lucked out and they came in a few days. Installation of the MPPSK system (OEM ECU flash and exhaust), installation of new tires, alignment, and full car detail was performed in one day. I was able to drop off my vehicle in the morning and pick it up at the end of the business day. Quality of work and value of components was clear the moment I drove off the lot. I've always had it serviced at the BMW dealer since I know they'll inspect it and wash it while it's there. They took me in immediately, and an hour later I was presented with a review of the inspection (all good) a clean vehicle, and to my surprise a bill that was less than what a local garage had quoted. I'm always treated as a valued customer while there, and I get the added benefit of having my X3 inspected by a mechanic that's been trained on what to look for. And, thanks to Dennis (sales) for the pleasant conversation while I waited. More
