Came in for Service Eric was great. I wish BMW corporate would allow oil changes under warranty/maintenance plan more often. They allow changes every 12k miles or 24 mo Eric was great. For those who drive less than 12k/year, 2 years is a long time to go without an oil change. This is BMW corporate's rule and not the dealer. The dealer was good. More

efficient/polite/accomidating Relocated to area,after servicing bmw vehicles at another dealer for 30 years. Very accommodating/ fast check in. Provided a loaner that was not only new but just recvd. i.e..2 odd miles on it. Couldn't have been more helpful. Plan on bringing our other 2010 bmw 5 for a full detail and service update next month. Accurate Online Inventory Backed by Knowledgeable Team I had poor experience with other BMW dealerships in the State of Connecticut as far as having an up to date inventory that accurately matched what was I had poor experience with other BMW dealerships in the State of Connecticut as far as having an up to date inventory that accurately matched what was available on the lot as well as different prices being shown online vs. on the vehicle. At BMW of Watertown, I emailed about the car I wanted and received a response indicating it was still available and the price was as shown on the website. The car was prominently displayed on the lot and I was approached by a very friendly and professional salesman. The manager was very quick and fair. And the BMW Guru took his time to show me all of the features available on my newly detailed CPO car. More
