The greatest oil change ever. Dropped car off at 7:45, picked up loaner vehicle went to the gym for two hours returned the car everything complete. Awesome experience. Horrible customer service This dealer ship took my car in for a simple paint repair(under warranty). I Dropped the car off on a Tuesday and was told it would be back on Friday This dealer ship took my car in for a simple paint repair(under warranty). I Dropped the car off on a Tuesday and was told it would be back on Friday ,Friday came and they extended the time to the following Monday. I called them Monday morning and was told it would be ready that afternoon then was contacted and was told now it won't be ready for another two days. On that day (Wednesday) received a call telling me I could pick it up that afternoon. On my way to get it received another call from a different individual stating that it was still not ready and to wait till the next day. On Thursday at around closing time my car was reported to be ready upon arriving at the dealer and inspecting the job I found fish eyes (a poorly prepared paint job)in the paint and overspray on the fenders so after being led on for so long iv just taken the car back and will be bringing the car to another dealer to get the problems delt with iv found the staff at this dealership to be untruthful and unreliable and very misleading they offer no compensation for there false deadlines and also did not provide me with a current year model loaner as advertised I would not recommend the dealer at all in fact my opinion they should be avoided at all cost More
Service both efficient and caring I brought my 228xi in for an oil change, but also had a question about the automatic engine shut-off feature. The oil change was as expected--with fluids topped off and all else checked out. The question was answered, And, given the grunginess of the car's exterior after our recent snowstorm, I was delighted to see that it now looked spectacular after a careful hand washing. More
