Excellent Experience I stopped into Hoffman BMW in Watertown a couple of weeks ago to simply view a car I saw online. I had the fortunate opportunity of meeting Mr. Karl T I stopped into Hoffman BMW in Watertown a couple of weeks ago to simply view a car I saw online. I had the fortunate opportunity of meeting Mr. Karl Turshani. He was immediately personable and professional. As I sat down with him, he explained the car I was interested in had been sold. He very nicely suggested there might be another on the lot I would consider seeing. I explained exactly what I would consider. The most important part in communicating is really listening, Karl did just that. I told him my price point, desired model/year, and payment I felt fit me. As it turned out, there was another car, I pondered it, and accepted the offer to take it for a test drive along with my son. Before we left, Karl had arranged to have my trade in evaluated and consulted with Charles Tuscano, the Finance Manager. On the test drive, Karl was patient, answered all our questions with his thorough knowledge of the vehicle, and it felt more like driving with a friend than a stiff salesperson. When we returned, Charles had all the finance numbers. I was very pleased with them and decided to purchase the car. Twenty four hours later, I returned to pick up my new car, properly insured through my carrier, registered and meticulously detailed. Charles made the paperwork process efficient and pleasant, explaining every detail. I am very happy with what is our family’s fourth purchase from Hoffman BMW. In all the salespeople I have dealt with, I have found Mr. Turshani to be the most exemplary, and have always had a great experience with this dealership. More

Service Center I came in with a flat and the service team was able to fix the flat and did maintenance work on my car as well, which was greatly appreciated. The only thing I would recommend is to have loaner cars readily available for emergent situations. As a customer it was difficult to coordinate who was going to pick me up and bring me back to the service center to pick up my car. Overall, great service provided by Howard and the service team.
