The Service Department was also very accommodating to my requests to have the car ready on a particular date. Moreover, the mechanics, technicians and other staff performed superior work, and repaired a condition that I had not noticed, but was within the warranty period. My warranty is soon to expire, and they could have ignored the issue until it became a problem, which likely would have been noticed by me after the warranty expired. This type of proactive and customer-centric approach has convinced me to use BMW of Watertown in the future. More
