Almost Great On my way to a party the Friday night a warning light popped up and the car stalled alerting me to bring to nearest service location, so I googled and On my way to a party the Friday night a warning light popped up and the car stalled alerting me to bring to nearest service location, so I googled and found it was only 4.7 miles away. I had to tow vehicle in because of engine malfunction issue the next morning. I called few times no answer. When I arrived Eric was pleasant and reassured me he will do his best to assist. He kept me informed on length of service because they need assistance on how to processed. I felt confident because he wanted to give the best service and it made me feel valued as a customer. He asked how I was enjoying the loaner, to ensure my comfort. Great job Eric I will return because of you. I was not pleased about the lady wanting to rush me along when you were going thru paper works with me. I mention my rewards card and she had no idea what I was talking about. I'm not an unreasonable person and there are times I may not know everything but will inquire, guess that's not an option in her practice for customer service. Hence, four stars and not five. More
