I called with an issue on my X5 and delt with Rich one of the service advisors. Ive worked with him on several occasions and as always he is the perfect combination of friendly as well as professional. He ran my VIN and told me there was also a " service bulletin" on my car. Both issues were taken care of and taken care of exactly when promised! My vehicle was cleaned inside and out and I was on my way. Thanks again guys! Thanks to John and his team in parts as well for always having what I need! More

Richard D'Angelo is a concerned service reprisentative. My car was in for service for an unusual repair. He made sure the car was in and out as soon as possible.
