Even though I was clear that I only wanted a test drive, the dealerships tried to negotiate a deal. They tried to play the financing game - the name your payment and we'll find you a lease or a loan to fit. It was a frustrating waste of my time! Once I decided on the BMW 328i, I went into the USAA car buying service. Of the three dealerships who responded to the TrueCar pricing, only BMW of Watertown listened to me. Dennis Smith gave me details on three different cars and immediately made a best offer on each. They encouraged me to find the best financing on my own, and I did better than I would have through BMW by quite a bit!! I really appreciated the professionalism Dennis showed. He listened and helped me get a great deal on a great car. I would highly recommend him and the dealership! More

I felt no pressure to buy and felt that I received a fair deal for both the purchase and my trade in.
