Tom as professional and friendly, he's really a great guy and after talking to him for a few minutes I was pretty sure of his top notch character. I'm an engineer so I had a ton of detailed technical questions and Luis was right there with all the answers. At the end of the day, this is only the 3rd time I've ever bought a car (I'm still a young guy), and I would go back to this dealership no matter what they sold.
