I've never had such a difficult time purchasing a vehicle. My first trip in I dealt with Dennis Smith and it was great, we test drove it, I left a deposit on the spot and filled out the credit applic vehicle. He wrote it in big black letters right on the front page of my file. I show up at 11am, he has COMPLETELY forgotten about me. The vehicle is a gift for my partner for their birthday, I waited until 2pm to be seen while my partner is waiting in the car clueless. He couldn't have it ready, so I drove 4 hours to leave with no vehicle and no surprise. He then said said he would deliver it to me within the next few days, it's been another 2 weeks!! Thank you for ruining the surprise not only once, but twice. He has again forgotten about me and the vehicle that is a birthday gift has missed their birthday. If you like waiting a month for your vehicle, this is the place for you! I literally just received my first bill and I haven't even taken possession of the vehicle yet. More
