Very disappointed with my experience with the service team with this dealer. I own two BMWs, both from 2021. I took my X3 to the dealer in December for an oil change and also to replace the rear brake team with this dealer. I own two BMWs, both from 2021. I took my X3 to the dealer in December for an oil change and also to replace the rear brake pads as they were chiming. The brakes were replaced and not even 60 days after replacement the chiming noise came back and the steering wheel started to shake when breaking. We took the car back to the dealer and inquire about the issue. The service associate didn’t even called me to let me know why the brakes were failing again. He just texted me saying they were going to replace them but also texted that I need it to balance, rotate and align the tires and provided a quote of over $350 to do this. At no point was any explanation of why the brakes needed to be replaced again but more pressure tactics to have the additional services done. I declined to rotate, balance and align the tires with this dealership as I will do this on my own. So they replace the brakes again and now the sound is gone and the steering wheel is no shaking anymore. I am now wondering if the brakes were ever replaced and if we were driving this vehicle in unsafe conditions. I have all the paperwork showing both services but can’t trust the service of this dealership yet. Again, no explanation or acknowledgement of what happened that they has to replace both brake pads. I hope their communication with their customers improve and lay down their pressure tactics to do additional out of warranty services to customers. More

Stay far away from this dealership! They are scammers to say the least! The sales manager Tomas will low ball you on your trade in and then turn around and sell it for 10,000$ more. This dealer charges an 899$ dealer fee plus a 3,000$ appearance package added on each unit. Being a finance manager in the business this has really left a bad taste in my mouth. If you have the misfortune of having to work with this guy whatever he tells you IGNORE IT he will shake your hand and promise you what he all costs.
