Better than Reeves but waiting room is sparse, small, crowded, not particularly clean and it is a mess getting in and out due to construction of the nearby bridges and the dealership itself. Lacked some matts they were supposed to give me as part of the deal, car had several issues with paint etc. I've never experienced with a bmw, not their fault but can't someone in vehicle prep see paint drips are scratched parts of the car? More
