Friendly service. Fast turn around. But they completely missed 2 tires that had split and separating tread. Drove the car 100 miles from dealership and ended up on interstate roadside with total tire fail missed 2 tires that had split and separating tread. Edit: Eric and the management at BMW WC went out of their way to address our issues. After 2 months of work on our front differential (delayed due to supply chain issues) we have our beloved 650 back and in working order. As a result I have updated this review from 2 stars to 5! Great service on an alignment for a Mini. Mersadis (Service Writer) was friendly and competent. They allowed me into the garage to look at the car with the mechanic to make a decision about part repla (Service Writer) was friendly and competent.
