I had a poor experience buying a BMW. I made an appointment and my Salesperson was busy with a walk-in. I had to wait and an Assistant was provided for a test drive which was fine, but then I had t appointment and my Salesperson was busy with a walk-in. Once I sat with her she informed me she had another appointment soon and pretty much rushed me out the door telling me to refine my build online. It was such a poor experience I went across the street and bought another Mercedes. Too bad, I had a BMW in the past and enjoyed the car but considered if this is how this dealership treats their Customers this is not what I want. More

No pushing to get some service done that isn't needed which I have experienced at other dealers. Never any issues after a service as always the car runs like a dream. Like Justice, Melissa wants to make sure the customer is happy. When my friends ask me why I drive over an hour to Otto's I just tell them, the best sales and service so why not! More
