Robert was a great representative for both Otto’s and BMW ! He knew his products, was extremely patient with me and with absolutely no pressure throughout the trade in and buying process. Due to the chip ! He knew his products, was extremely patient with me and with absolutely no pressure throughout the trade in and buying process. Due to the chip shortage and other production issues it took a little over 3 months to take delivery of my ordered car and Robert kept me up to date with any status changes.
