I recently had a great experience at the BMW dealership, and I have to give a special shoutout to Melissa Gibson. Melissa is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what we need to have and I have to give a special shoutout to Melissa Gibson. Melissa is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what we need to have done in our X5. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable — no pressure, just great service. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure you leave completely satisfied. It did take a little while for the guys to get our car during pickup (asked my husband twice what the vehicle number was) and the garage smelled like marijuana when we walked in after paying. The smell disappeared after standing there awhile. We also noticed 2 employees commenting on the smell as well, so they are aware.
