I went there with great expectations and I got just that. They worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. Which was the M340i ! BMW of west Chester did that for me I have a full warranty and happy with my purchase. I will definitely be buying my cars at bmw of west Chester . Ralph my sales man hands down was honest and open. He is definitely the man to go to. With many moons of experience! The show room was clean, they have coffee and snacks while you wait. The dealership tried to tell me my tire insurance was void which was incorrect and they did not change out both front tires as they should have. They only changed out the damaged right tire but the left void which was incorrect and they did not change out both front tires as they should have.
