I was really impressed and this is my first time with BMW but so far the experience is great I have been through Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and other dealers. This right now is one of the top. The pick up process was so smooth. I signed maybe 6 pieces of paper total and it took 3 minutes. Then they began to set up the cars with us. The finance and delivery experience was really fast and low stress as well. I cant say enough about everyone we interacted with. I am now even considering buying my daughter a vehicle here because of how well I was treated. More

Buying a new car during a pandemic was challenging. We appreciated everyone observing all the safety measures required to make us comfortable. This was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! I was searching for a specific color and trim level for a CPO BMW and Brian and I started having email conversations since his dealership had on had! I was searching for a specific color and trim level for a CPO BMW and Brian and I started having email conversations since his dealership had one of two on the entire east coast. He was incredibly easy to deal with and understood what I was looking for. When we finally spoke, I could immediately tell he was good at his job. I had two vehicles to trade in and both trade in values he offered were reasonable. I live over 100 miles away and when I arrived, Brian was prepared and ready for me. The entire transaction in a very covid-safe environment took less than an hour. Otto's also provided a courtesy $50 gift certificate and I was able to purchase my Dad his first BMW shirt! Janelle was also quite pleasant. I highly recommend Brian at Otto's! He was well-prepared and I can't say enough how easy this entire transaction was. My first BMW and I would not hesitate to call Brian again when I buy my next one! More

This was my first experience at Otto’s but it will certainly not be my last. One final thing that I found interesting was how both these men spoke so highly of the family that runs the dealership, as well as the dealership’s interesting history. When employees speak that way, it’s a clear sign of a truly great company that certainly cares about selling cars, but also cares about a whole lot more. I will be a customer for life. More
