Ian Martin is not just a salesman, but he is well informed about cars, very professional, and he made my wife and I feel welcomed at Otto's BMW. When I got to Otto's BMW I thought I was just gonna do a drive test. However, after Ian had explained to me how good the car I wanted to buy was, I was able to make a decision right away and the following morning we were able to put a deposit to hold the car. Of-course, we purchased the vehicle three weeks after my initial visit, but these three weeks felt like it was just four days because Ian was always in-touch with updates. I bought my first BMW from Heath about 10 years ago and could not have been more impressed/satisfied with how things were handled. Over the years and as a "car guy", I would often stop into Otto's and che could not have been more impressed/satisfied with how things were handled. Over the years and as a "car guy", I would often stop into Otto's and check out the newest BMW offerings and Heath was always happy to help, even if I was just browsing. The time had come in late 2019 to buy the better half a new vehicle and we found the perfect X3 for her. It just so happens Otto's also had a mint, used Mazda3 hatchback on the lot that we were interested in, as well. A quick appointment and a few days later and we had a fantastic deal on both a 2019 BMW X3 and 2016 Mazda3...as well as a more than fair deal on our trade in. Heath even contacted us a few months later to come in and pick up the second Mazda key that we all thought was lost, but turned up...saving us time/money on getting a new one. From beginning to end, the process was easy, quick and all handled by Heath. He's always available and I could not recommend Heath more to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle, BMW or anything else on Otto's lot. Thanks, Heath!!! More
