Extra mile to deliver during the pandemic I visited Otto's in February and ordered a custom vehicle. The vehicle was constructed in March and I followed its progress on-line. Unfortunately, Pennsylvania ordered a shut down of non-essential businesses. The vehicle was delivered to the dealer during the shutdown. Once Pennsylvania allowed dealers to close and deliver vehicle sales, I was contacted right away, we scheduled a closing, and I was able to take delivery efficiently, given the dire circumstances. When I arrived it took longer than I expected but I understood with them being careful and keeping ever safe. I informed them why I was here and about a issue I had with the app which myself and Mohammad try to fix, the service writer didn't understand so I texted Mohammad which he informed me he was off but he still reached out to the service writer to inform him of my issues. A few hours later they called to say my software was outdated and the fixed it.. I just wanna say thanks to Mohammad for your EXCELLENT customer service even while your at home.
