Scott for President 2020 I'm not a fan of high pressure sales pitches to say the least. Scott was easy going, professional, and friendly. Best Car Buying Experience That I’ve Ever Had I went into Otto’s BMW looking for a used vehicle. Not only was their inventory huge, but their staff was very friendly. My salesman, Scott Gately, ma I went into Otto’s BMW looking for a used vehicle. Not only was their inventory huge, but their staff was very friendly. My salesman, Scott Gately, made it incredibly easy to get the car that I wanted. Not only did he have it ready for a test drive immediately, but he also sat down and worked out numbers with me in order to get the payments as close as they could be to my budget. Scott was able to make the deal happen and able to fulfill all of my other requests along with the purchase. He allowed me to give him some information over the phone, which made the final paperwork incredibly quick and painless. When I went in to get my car, it was detailed to perfection, had brand new rubber floor mats, and was setup in such a nice way that it made me feel like I just purchased a $500,000 car. Scott even allowed me to drive back into the detailing center and had one of the employees mount my front license plate for me. After everything was all finished, he sent me off with a full tank of gas and some kind words. No exaggeration, all of Otto’s deserves some kind of recognition for the outstanding service that they bring to the table. Specifically, Scott is the best salesman that I’ve ever done business with and I don’t plan on buying a car from anyone else for a long while. More
