The Start of Something Good I have purchased more cars than I care to admit. From the moment I stepped into Otto's showroom and met Scott, I was immediately put at ease. Scott is a very personable and respectful salesman. He was truly interested in helping my wife and I learn more about the car we were interested in. Scott was very informative during our drive and before I knew it, I felt like I was talking to an old friend who was there to help me make a decision, not sell me a car. Upon our return from the test drive, Scott let my wife and I decide our next steps and never pressured us to start talking numbers (although that's exactly what my wife and I wanted to do!). The buying process was just as easy as the rest of our visit! There were no "typical" games played, no painful negotiating....just a fair price for both sides on the first try! After we agreed to terms, Scott was very communicative while the car was prepped for delivery and ensured we were delighted with the entire experience. Thoughout all of my previous car purchases, I have NEVER experienced such a pleasant experience! It might be a while before I need a new car but when I do, you can bet I'll start with Scott at Otto's when I do! More
