Ralph Nofsinger is a great salesperson with high integrity and a laid back customer focus. I have purchased four new BMWs from him. And after the sale, I aways meet with Brian Menda to learn about all the new technology and how best to use it to maximize the safety and comfort of my new cars. Brian is super knowledgeable and always gives me as much time as I need to get up to speed. Both Ralph and Brian are always available should I need them, just not when the sale is made. More

Lease on a new 330i GT Coming out of a lease from another dealership, my new lease experience with Otto's and Heath Cameron was a pleasure. When he had difficulty sourcing a low mileage, leaseable pre-owned car with the features and color combination I was looking for, Heath shepherded me through the process of leasing a new, built-to-order vehicle and kept his eyes open to take advantage of great lease offers for me as well! Although the process took a bit longer than expected, Heath and the Otto's leadership team somehow grabbed one of the last production numbers of the annual cycle for me, and the lease extension on my current vehicle was easy and went smoothly (thank you BMW Financial Services!). I also had my old vehicle serviced during the term of the lease at Otto's, and Kevin Pinkerton and team took great care of it and me! I picked my new car up yesterday, and it is better than I imagined - I LOVE the car and highly recommend Heath and the sales and service team at Otto's! More
