They completed the work okay, but did not reset the warning on the dash. I reached out and they sent a video which was not available. I reached out again and they offered to send a tech to reset. Instead I wanted to make it easier for them so I offered to try again to do it myself. I got a second video unavailable and written instructions which didn't work. I phoned and emailed that I could not do it and requested the tech that was offered but no reply at all. More
