Bad Service. They damaged my windshield !! I will never go for any servicing to OTTO's. I dropped my car to fix the sound system. They did a good job on fixing that, but when I got my car back I will never go for any servicing to OTTO's. I dropped my car to fix the sound system. They did a good job on fixing that, but when I got my car back and reached home there was a big crack on my windshield. Now they are saying that it's not their fault as they never drove the car. Clearly the crack happened when the car was there. But they will not fix it and I have to go through my insurance now to get it repaired. I always thought that Otto's was a good place to buy or get your car fixed, but they are not able to take responsibilities for their actions. Will not recommend for any servicing. The service adviser is very rude and condescending. I never though you will have this kind of experience with a premium car dealership. More

Overall great purchasing experience My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from Otto’s and the experience was great. We found the car online and decided to come in to see if My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from Otto’s and the experience was great. We found the car online and decided to come in to see if we liked the car as much in person as well as whether it fit our needs. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a sitter and had to bring our two young kids with us so I’m sure we weren’t the ideal customers to deal with but everyone at Otto’s, especially our sales associate Justice, were very accommodating. As I just mentioned, Justice was our sales associate and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of our needs. We took turns (due to our child situation) test driving another pre-owned 328i to get a feel for it. During the test drive, Brian, our BMW genius was a great resource. He answered all of our questions, possibly even twice, given my husband and I took separate test drives. I fell in love with the car but wanted to take out the actual pre-owned car I would be buying. Justice and Brian continued the great quality service as I drove the second vehicle which we decided on purchasing. We took delivery of the car a few days later. My husband and I were amazed by the level of care and details that Justice went through to make our buying experience so great. Our car was waiting for us in it’s own showroom garage along with a sign congratulating us for our purchase. I would highly recommend Otto’s and specifically Justice and Brian for all future BMW purchases. More
