Ian presented facts on both the new models and the pre-owner models in stock and gave us time alone to explore the vehicles and talk privately about our options and arranged a test drive as well. When we returned from the test drive, Ian was with another customer and introduced us to Earle to go over the preowned stock that had the options we wanted. Earle was friendly anddirect and made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. We were impressed how they worked as a team to give us the best service and attention. Great customer experience! I wanted a six speed coupe with a heated steering wheel and when one turned up 150 miles away in West Chester, PA, I knew it was the right vehicle for me. Doing business with Scott made the whole transaction a piece of cake. The car was ready for me to inspect on my arrival in its own private showroom, and it was property detailed and all of the promises made were kept.
