BMW of Westbrook

This has been my second car I purchased from this dealership. While I do prefer this dealership and enjoy the people here, I am concerned each time I bring my car in for service because I don't get t dealership. While I do prefer this dealership and enjoy the people here, I am concerned each time I bring my car in for service because I don't get the quality I expect to have it washed and vacuumed. The mats in the front seat are vacuumed and that's it. There's no tire shine the wash is rushed and spotty. I expect more from this dealership and this has happened every single time I brought both cars in for service. I would expect a full detail and a thorough wash and I've never received that. More

Zach as fantastic! He helped me customize my new BMW X5 exactly the way I wanted. He kept me informed every step of the process.
