Poor customer service It’s an ordeal to bring my car for service. No one seems in charge - it’s chaotic. They don’t pay attention/listen. The waiting/check in area is poorly designed which contributes to the chaotic feel of the place. When I come in, they treat me like they don’t know me/my car. Too much turnover? If there were another dealer anywhere close, I would have moved on years ago. More

Horrible I called to get an appointment, was put on hold and transferred to the service manager after calling back seversl times. No return call !! Apparently they don't need the work or have the workers. Thank God I found someone else that works on BMW's. Very rude and not the first time I didn't get a return call. Then when I ordered parts and accessories, even though I've given them my Vin # in the past. I was told they don't keep it in there computer. Omg, a BMW dealership? How do you not keep repeat customers info. ? So I get there to pick up my parts and the buzzer goes off, I waited and waited, finally went out to ask the sales people at the desk if someone was working back there, no one helped me. I had to open the back door twice to see if I could get someone to come out. Unbelievable! ! I really was upset when he came out and knew I was out there, yet said he thought I was looking. ..omg really, a good customer service would still come out and ask. I had 2 handicap people with me that were getting anxious. .I hope I never have to go there again. It's hard to believe I bought so many vehicles from them and to be treated like this. .xxx. ? Came back for more We have been in the market for a CPO 5-Series sedan to replace our aging Saab wagon which accompanies a previously purchased (Bill Dodge BMW) used X5D We have been in the market for a CPO 5-Series sedan to replace our aging Saab wagon which accompanies a previously purchased (Bill Dodge BMW) used X5D . Nathan Haskell, sale associate on the X5 purchase, has been attentive in contacting us when a nice CPO vehicle might be something we would like to see. Eventually we decided to retire the Saab and contacted Nate, who showed us a number of options on the lot other than a 5-Series which were limited at the time. A recently traded-in 2014 3-Series wagon happened to be one of those options and between BD Auto Service Bucks, USAA Car buying service discount, BMW Financing rebate we qualified for and a reasonable mark-down on the price - we basically bought it immediately. Thanks Nate, Bob his sales mgr., and the entire team at Bill Dodge BMW of Westbrook. More
New Car Purchase I came into the dealership simply to inquire about a vehicle on the lot. I wasn't really "looking", however, over the course of a month I worked with I came into the dealership simply to inquire about a vehicle on the lot. I wasn't really "looking", however, over the course of a month I worked with Nathan. Nathan has the patience that I wish I had. He was clear, measured and complete in his responses and approach. He never pressured me at any time or in any way! We each contributed to a fair deal to the point I wish I could have bought two BMWs!! When I picked up my new car Nathan spent 90 minutes teaching me how to use my new vehicle... at closing time to boot! I sincerely hope he is still there when I need a car several years from now. More

She was very professional, friendly and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. I don't think that I have personally met such an amazing young lady who is as enthusiastic and upbeat about BMW's now as she was 4 years ago when we purchased our Z4. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Bill Dodge BMW and we have found that the service we receive continues to be excellent. Chris helped with navigating through the new technology which can be overwhelming and was able to do it in a way that it all began to make sense. Of course he said that if we had questions we could always call. More
