He and Debora/Debra delivered my new car at 10:00 p.m. to Houlton, Maine - 4 hours north of Westbrook. He then very meticulously explained every detail on the car while we stood out in the cold of night. Even the next day when i couldn't figure out a few tiny details...he was immediately available. I'm adopting Jeremie as my son. LOL I look forward to chatting with Jeremie as I am sure I will have lots more questions for him as I learn ow everything works. Most of my dealings were with Jeremie Montgomery. He did a great sales job on getting me into the BMW X5 Diesel model. When I started looking for a new vehicle I had no intention of buying a diesel but thr a great sales job on getting me into the BMW X5 Diesel model. When I started looking for a new vehicle I had no intention of buying a diesel but through knowledge provided to me by Jeremie I was convinced that I would like the diesel and that it was a better deal financially. To make a long story short my experience from decision, design order and delivery was outstanding and I have to give all the credit to Jeremie. He kept in touch and genuinely made me feel like he cared about my purchase. He went through everything I needed to know about the vehicle when I picked it up yesterday. I love the vehicle. The color Mineral green is unique and the dark brown interior is beautiful. This is my first BMW but I know it won't be my last. More

Not only did he call me to see the car the minute it arrived but he also came in on his day off (and he is the father of young children) to go through the car "soup to nuts" with me. I could not endorse Derek or Bill Dodge BMW more highly. It is not easy to find this kind of service in the industry today. I went to Bill Dodege BMW to two occasions to try out and purchase a new BMW and couldn't even get waited on despite the fact sales people seemed to be just standing around outside the buildling smoking. I was sold a pre-owned BMW certified car and after 10,000 miles the car lost reverse, I discovered the dealer had installed a plug in the radiator coil that was leaking, the rear ball joints were bad and I h miles the car lost reverse, I discovered the dealer had installed a plug in the radiator coil that was leaking, the rear ball joints were bad and I had to replace the tire due to this fact at a cost of $600 and the dealer would not stand behind the car and warranty it. I am very dissatisfied needless to say with this dealer. More
