Had an appt. at 10:00 am and it took 15 minutes to see service advisor---she was very busy-- and then a 3 hour wait---1:00 pm-- for a simple oil change and inspec at 10:00 am and it took 15 minutes to see service advisor---she was very busy-- and then a 3 hour wait---1:00 pm-- for a simple oil change and inspection. Not acceptable. Will now consider going to another service center. I realize there is a shortage of help, but scheduling is lacking. I would not recommend this service center until they can make a commitment to be more prompt in their service and make improvements to expedite service. More

Our sales associate, Brittany Hale was awesome. The dealership was immaculate. When signing documents, we were offered several types of additional insurance which we decided to to purchase. Matt Ross guided us through the process seamlessly and without pressure. After we completed all of the required paperwork,Brittney sat in the car with us and again in a professional manner showed us how the various components work. There was a lot to absorb and Brittney did a terrific job presenting all of it! More
