Lance was very knowledgeable about the BMW products and helped me order my X3 with the right options. He spent a lot time with me explaining how he calculated my lease payment and gave a printout of all the lease information. None of the other dealerships I shopped would do that for me. When it came time for picking up my X3 Lance spent a good deal of time showing me how to use all the various options in the car. His easygoing style was quite refreshing and made for a very smooth transaction. I suggest if you are looking for a BMW at a competitive price you should see Lance. I could not be happier. More
