Victor has a rare combination of good qualities that make him well suited to his job. He is intelligent, joyful, serious-minded, affable, and tenacious. Just an excellent young man who always exudes integrity. This was business, not a social gathering, I know. However, that is all the more reason to highlight that each person who worked with me on my deal directly was personable, attentive, and thorough. This spoke well of this dealership's culture. American car buyers often don't realize that the new car dealerships are completely separate organizations from the manufacturer itself. In the case of BMW there is BMW AG, BMW NA, and the dealership. Each is a different entity. So it impressive for a dealership to establish and foster a culture of general excellence and of humanity in relation to its customers particularly. Great Car for a good price, but the sales person and dealership were awful. From filing the wrong paperwork with my bank to forgetting to have me sign the contract to using the wrong address on my forms dealership were awful. From filing the wrong paperwork with my bank to forgetting to have me sign the contract to using the wrong address on my forms to making mistakes when explaining the car to me to taking a month for me to get the car to having a manager who does not return calls. This is not a quality dealership. The offer on my trade in was pathetically low. Over $1,000 less than half of the car's value. Great car for a good price, but not a group I would want to deal with.
