This dealer has a policy to not sell used vehicles to out of state residents! Reason given - "to keep our cars in the local community". ?? They are losing my business. I had $7,500 worth of repairs done on my 2019 430i. Great Car for a good price, but the sales person and dealership were awful. From filing the wrong paperwork with my bank to forgetting to have me sign the contract to using the wrong address on my forms dealership were awful. From filing the wrong paperwork with my bank to forgetting to have me sign the contract to using the wrong address on my forms to making mistakes when explaining the car to me to taking a month for me to get the car to having a manager who does not return calls. This is not a quality dealership. The offer on my trade in was pathetically low. Over $1,000 less than half of the car's value. Great car for a good price, but not a group I would want to deal with.
