I've been buying cars for my company for the last 5 years. My company has spent over 2.7 million dollars in that period of time. The cars that were purchased are Mercedes, Jaguar, Range Rover, Acura, years. My company has spent over 2.7 million dollars in that period of time. I've dealt with many of different people at many of different dealerships and know one has treated me as well as the people at the service department at BMW of Westchester. As I drive in, I'm greeted by either Joe Marra or Ed Longo. Both treat me like I'm the only costumer there. My needs are met professionally and quickly. In a short period of time my service request is handled by Benito Martinez. He keep the flow going smoothly. Before I know it, I'm leaving with my loaner car. When I return the next day, I leave there as quickly and efficiently as the day before. My car has been serviced 3 times. Every time is better than the last. 2 out of those 3 times the General Manager John D'Innocenzo and the Service Manager Tim Stone both asked me if I was being taken care of. The professionalism obviously comes from the top. To say that I'm "happy" with the service at BMW of Westchester would be an understatement. They treat me like royalty would be more fitting. More

I came to this dealership to buy my first BMW. As a woman I looked for a dealership with a reputation for being customer friendly. Boy was I wrong. Not only did the sales person Dwayne appear uninterested I looked for a dealership with a reputation for being customer friendly. Boy was I wrong. Not only did the sales person Dwayne appear uninterested in selling me the car, but he constantly deferred to my husband. I tried to overlook that, but after I had signed the application to purchase the car, his manager came over and shook my husband's hand first. If I'm spending tens of thousands on a car, I shouldn't feel like an afterthought. I did not buy the car. I just got up and even before I put on my coat he was checking his voicemail on speaker phone. A real piece of work. Stay away from this dealership if you want great customer service. More

Most discourteous, disrespectful, heinous dealership I have ever been to. The test drive lasted about 10 minutes. The salesmen, Dwayne Buchanan, was condesending and unknowledgeable. The vehicle I sought to purchase was significantly overpriced and they refused any negoiations or accomdations. It is apparent why many people have rated this dealership poorly. I asked for my deposit back and gladly took my business elsewhere. I recommend going to Pace BMW instead to save time and money. More
