I came to this dealership to buy my first BMW. As a woman I looked for a dealership with a reputation for being customer friendly. Boy was I wrong. Not only did the sales person Dwayne appear uninterested I looked for a dealership with a reputation for being customer friendly. Boy was I wrong. Not only did the sales person Dwayne appear uninterested in selling me the car, but he constantly deferred to my husband. I tried to overlook that, but after I had signed the application to purchase the car, his manager came over and shook my husband's hand first. If I'm spending tens of thousands on a car, I shouldn't feel like an afterthought. I did not buy the car. I just got up and even before I put on my coat he was checking his voicemail on speaker phone. A real piece of work. Stay away from this dealership if you want great customer service. More
