Have been there for service twice. Each time, I ended up with more problems with my car the week after I had it fixed at Westchester BMW. I am sorry, but, to me, these guys are scam artists. We first spoke with Bill who was courteous and knowledgeable and finished the deal with Liz who was WONDERFUL. She was knowledgeable, fair and she valued our business. She was a perfect balance and a true representation of the BMW image which we've come to know as polished, high end, yet approachable. Liz embodied what made BMW stand out to us. She's smart, fair, no double talk but she valued us as customers and did whatever she could to have us leave satisfied in a new X5. We love the car and we enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend this dealership and the professionals we encountered. More
I'am completely disgusted with the service i have received from Westchester BMW. After Marco DiStefano a service advisor left is when i realized how horrible the service really is, he was the only on received from Westchester BMW. Now for why its so horrible, i would think that if I have an appointment at 9 am that my car would be seen then not at 4 p.m and i would think that the service advisor helping me would have some common sense as to calling me and telling me that my car isnt ready instead i called and left him messages all day THURSDAY, FRIDAY & all morning SATURDAY, and he finally called me back Saturday afternoon telling me it would be ready Monday morning! NO LOANER no NOTHING so thats 5 days of inconveniencing me. IM JUST SICK OF THEIR NON SENSE you spend so much money and you would think you would get some respect in return. I just think its the worst service and i have many family members and friends who have given up on them as well. I recommend to everyone that asks me not to go there, if you want to waste time and money its on you. More

I bought a brand new BMW M3 from this dealership in April. Two months after, i went in because there was a serious banging noise when shift from 1st to 2nd. They told me that the bolt that holds the di April. Two months after, i went in because there was a serious banging noise when shift from 1st to 2nd. They told me that the bolt that holds the diff is broken and theyll replace it for me. Yesterday i was driving and all of a sudden i hear another bang and the car starts to make a noise as if something was hanging down. I took it in the dealership right away to get it checked. They called me in the morning say that the subframe was damaged and the rear end was too. They told me that there is alot of damage and they wont be able to fix it because it was shown that the car was abused? I made a allege letter corresponding how they came upon that conclusion and to state is in writing. Its been 2 weeks and I havent had answer from them yet. This is my worst car experience ever. There sale department might be good but when it come to service they are horrible. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. They will definitly rip you off in any way to get money out of your pocket. Im already in the process of filing a lawsuit against them. I highly dont recommend this dealership to anyone. Drive a couple of more mile and buy your car from a reputable dealership and save the headache of paying for a car you cant drive. More

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience at BMW of Westchester. The dealership was great, well located for us, and was kind enough to provide food and beverage whenever we were there. I had a really great experience here. I had been visiting a lot of dealerships in the past 2 months trying to find the perfect car for me and not only did I find it here, but I had the best experien visiting a lot of dealerships in the past 2 months trying to find the perfect car for me and not only did I find it here, but I had the best experience out of all dealerships. I am a the proud owner of three BMWs.. I have purchased my BMW's in New Jersey, Conn, and New York...I was currently leasing my BMWX3 before I purchased this one from Elaine Gordon...I had to extend my lea my BMW's in New Jersey, Conn, and New York...I was currently leasing my BMWX3 before I purchased this one from Elaine Gordon...I had to extend my lease because no other dealership or salesperson in the tristate area knew when the new BMWx3 was coming out except Elaine..as soon as Elaine found out..she called me and it was ordered in one day....the other dealerships took over 2 months to get back to me...and I was the first person to get my X3...ELAINE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. If it was not for Elaine Gordon I would or purchased a Mercedes, or Porche..or other lux car.....plus..she spend alot of time teaching me all the mechanics of the car because it was fully loaded...She is such a valuable person and you are lucky to have her as a excellent top rated salesperson....thank you so much..Linda Urban (lalu39@aol.com) More
Just picked up my 5th BMW last weekend -- a 2011 M3 (lots of fun!). Bernice Hunter has been my BMW salesperson for over a decade and helped guide me through the right selection. Last year she had me attend a BMW Driving Experience event to test drive the M3 -- which led to my selection. Bernice is great. The right balance of candor, caring and professionalism. I value the fact that she is honest about the pros and cons and does not "push" anything she does not believe in. I love the fact that she pays attention to all the details and everything is ready and thought through when I arrive for pickup. She is the primary reason that I have been a repeat customer of the dealership. More
